Do you formulate & produce your products in-house or do you outsource production?
At 7 Bridges Soap Company, we formulate, craft and package every product in-house-- maintaining each step with precision and care from concept to completion. Each batch is produced in small quantities using carefully selected ingredients to ensure consistency, quality and integrity.
Can I use your products with my current routine?

What is Magnesium Dew and what does it do?
Magnesium Dew is a topical mineral spray that supports muscle relaxation, recovery and overall body comfort and is known to reduce anxiety.
Why does magnesium sometimes tingle or itch?
This is common, especially if your body is low in magnesium. This usually lessens with regular use, or when applied to damp skin.
Where should I apply magnesium products?
Common areas include feet, legs, shoulders, neck or other tense areas. To aid with restful sleep, it is best to spray magnesium on the soles of the feet. AREAS TO AVOID: not intended for internal use or consumption; avoid mucus membranes, broken or damaged skin, and bodily orifices.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes-- all of our products are formulated with gentle, skin-loving ingredients. (In fact, 7 Bridges Soap Company was born from a need for healthier products for our own sensitive skin.)
